Charged with memory, objects can serve as a device for collating information, facilitating reflective awareness, maintaining continuity and forging connections. Objects that become a means to access previous experiences often invoke nostalgia, an occurrence that thrives on a complex dyad of longing and thanks.

I wanted to better realize the phenomenon of objects as envoys for nostalgia. The works depicted here - a Tamagotchi, suncatcher, model F/A-18, Gameboy Advance and pinecone - are deliberately selected as triggers for pleasant and powerful nostalgic formation linked to enjoyable incidents in the past.
