September has seen relatively calm weather so far, with very little wind. Instead of wind drawing, I have been focused on drawing up some new designs.
In typography, (according to Wikipedia) a glyph is defined as "an elemental symbol within an agreed set of symbols, intended to represent a readable character for the purposes of writing. Glyphs are considered to be unique marks that collectively add up to the spelling of a word or contribute to a specific meaning of what is written, with that meaning dependent on cultural and social usage." In response, I've been working towards composing a series of designs that present alternate glyphs which don't possess a specific meaning as such, but still hold a typographical quality.
On a side note, along with my Society6 store, I've also activated an old Redbubble account. It will be interesting to compare the two. So far, I much prefer the upload process of Redbubble, but I like the frames available to purchase on Society6 better.
